About This Project

We designed a comprehensive Weekly Progress Report for Light Survey as part of the Royal Terminal Project, covering engineering and surveying activities across the Jeddah, Dammam, and Riyadh Royal Terminals. The objective was to present complex technical information in a structured, visually engaging format that could be easily reviewed by project stakeholders, consultants, and management teams.

The report includes an executive summary, project status dashboard, weekly achievements, site access records, ongoing work updates, milestone schedules, risk assessments, and upcoming activities. Lidar scanning progress, point cloud processing, topographic surveys, 2D site plans, and architectural model development were organized into clear sections supported by tables, technical drawings, and project visuals.

A modern corporate layout with consistent typography, color-coded elements, and infographic-style presentation improved readability while maintaining engineering accuracy. The report was designed for both digital distribution and presentation-ready use, enabling teams to track progress, identify risks, and communicate deliverables efficiently.

This project highlights our capability in creating professional technical documentation and high-quality report designs for engineering, surveying, infrastructure, and construction organizations that require accurate, visually polished reporting materials.
