We designed a professional weekly progress presentation for Light Survey as part of the Royal Terminal Project, covering surveying and engineering activities across the Jeddah, Dammam, and Riyadh Royal Terminals. The presentation was created to communicate project progress clearly to stakeholders, consultants, and executive management through a visually structured reporting format.

The deck includes an executive summary, project status dashboard, weekly achievements, lidar scanning updates, site access records, ongoing work tracking, milestone schedules, risk assessments, and upcoming activities. Technical information such as point cloud processing, topographic surveys, 2D site plans, and architectural model development was transformed into presentation-ready slides that balance accuracy with visual clarity.

A modern corporate presentation style was used throughout the deck, featuring consistent typography, engineering-inspired graphics, structured layouts, and dashboard elements that make complex project data easy to understand during meetings and review sessions. The presentation was optimized for boardroom discussions, client presentations, progress reviews, and internal reporting.
