ARST INFRA, a real estate development company in Lucknow, partnered with Canvas Chrome Designs to create an engaging social media post promoting residential plots and homes located at Kursi Road, Anwari. The objective was to develop a creative that connects emotionally with middle-class homebuyers while clearly communicating affordability and location benefits.
The design needed to evoke the aspiration of owning a “dream home,” making the communication both emotional and approachable. Since the campaign targeted local buyers and families, the visual tone was kept warm and welcoming while ensuring the information remained easy to understand.
A key challenge was maintaining balance between the Hindi headline and the English supporting text. The headline was designed to capture attention instantly while the supporting text provided location details and contact information. Careful typography choices ensured readability and clarity, particularly on mobile devices where most users would view the advertisement.
The composition was kept clean and visually focused. A minimal yet attractive house illustration was used as the central element to symbolize comfort, stability, and aspiration. The warm color palette reinforces the emotional tone of the campaign, while clear spacing ensures the message remains easy to read on social platforms.
The final design effectively communicates affordability, location, and aspiration in a single visual. It positions ARST INFRA as a reliable real estate developer while encouraging potential buyers to explore residential opportunities in Lucknow.
